Up for a challenge?

I know this has been done before (Pay It Forward & Free hugs, etc) but not on this scale!

1 Million Acts of Kindness is an 8-week challenge designed to encourage us to perform random acts of kindness to help create a happier, healthier and more trusting environment.  You can register individually or as a team.

When was the last time you did something to help someone, just because?

Remember, acts of kindness come in all shapes and sizes. Never underestimate the impact of a small, thoughtful gesture, like smiling at a stranger.

Spread the love and kindness my friends!   Sometimes a simple please and thank you is enough.  xo
