What are you up to today?

by | Apr 6, 2012 | Events, Loving Life

Easter is usually spent by many following a tradition.  Some people do religious traditions and some have family gatherings.  My Mum and Dad have a tradition of fish lunch with family and friends.  It’s always a fun day filled with good food, great conversation and of course chocolate eggs.

Today is also the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal which is a big fundraising event for the hospital!

I actually went there when I was a very sick baby. I recently went back to visit the newly refurbished building and it is quite amazing.  I cannot imagine having a sick child but I know that this hospital means a lot to many families.

There will be volunteers everywhere today raising money so please give generously.

Happy Easter everyone!
