Gourmet Thai Food

I’m waiting on a delivery and my mouth is watering from the thought.  Imagine a delicious Thai chicken satay with freshly steamed rice and green vegies!  Yummy. My friend, Lada, makes this delicious Thai peanut free satay marinade and it is heaven.

Having food intolerance of any kind is such a bore. I won’t go into the details because that’s even more boring!  The exciting news is that this marinade does not contain peanuts, wheat, dairy or gluten!  Finally some spice in my special dietary life.  I use it to marinate chicken, fish and prawns and I can tell you that the flavours take you to a sunny warm beach in Thailand…

Bliss.

So if you have any special dietary needs or simply want a tasty healthy alternative to what is on the market consider this – Lada uses only the freshest ingredients of herbs, spices and a pinch of love to this delectable treat!  This product is Australian made and owned by a gorgeous Australian/Thai woman who started her business, Gourmet Thai, while raising two children (on her own) and working full time.

Stay tuned as more tasty Thai products are being developed. Available in bottles with no refrigeration required until opened.  You can purchase through us from next week!  Feel free to enquire before then (it might be a good idea to get in early!).  We use Australia Post for delivery and there is a standard fee charged.  Here’s a tip – buy at least four because you will want one, so will your family and then there are friends and friends of friends…trust me! Aroi mark (very delicious in Thai)!
