R U OK?” is such a great question – because it makes you really consider the response – more than you would with the usual “how are you?”. It’s a way to reach out and check in with those at work, around your community and our friends/family.


R U OK?Day
 is the R U OK? Foundation’s national day of action dedicated to reminding people to regularly check in with family and friends. They are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to encouraging all people to regularly and meaningfully ask ‘are you ok?’ to support those struggling with life.

So today, think about asking everyone – R U OK?
