Clean up Australia Day is this week!

by | Feb 27, 2012 | Events

Did you know – in 2011 an estimated 565,510 volunteers cleaned up 16,454 tonnes at 7,479 sites right across Australia*. Wow – that’s hard work they can be proud of.

Want to Clean Up Australia in your area?

Register your own Clean Up Site, volunteer at a site near you or donate in various ways.

I’ve just registered to clean up my area and cannot wait to get into it and make my community proud!  It’s happening this week with the official day on Sunday the 4th of March.

So enjoy cleaning my friends – it really is meaningful to have our streets and parks rubbish free!
