Etiko’s Buy A Pair, Donate A Pair promotion in May saw 103 pairs of sneakers being shipped to the crew Mt Theo Program for them to distribute to the kids of Yuendumu (300 klms NW of Alice Springs).

Since 1993, the Mt Theo Program has dedicated itself to developing strength, health, meaningful pathways and leadership in Warlpiri youth.  The program was created by and for Warlpiri people, and is governed by a Committee of 62 Warlpiri people.

Etiko. It means ethical. It means fair trade and sustainable. It means you can buy high quality footwear, clothing & sporting goods that haven’t been made by children or by workers who have been exploited and, whenever possible, are made from eco friendly materials.

An example of two meaningful organisations coming together to create – magic!
